BRINGING MINDFULNESS INTO YOUR WORKPLACE 

As one of 70 hand-selected, international teachers, I am certified in a unique approach to corporate mindfulness, created by Jen Kluczkowski, Mindfresh, New York (my Mindfresh profile). This approach is based on traditional mindfulness practices and in-depth user research within the corporate space, making it the most effective practice in keeping the body and mind functioning at peak potential during the work day. It has been successful taught over 1,700 times at some of the worlds most recognized companies, including L’Oreal, Tiffany & Co, Estee Lauder, Yahoo!, Pinterest and Zurich Insurance Company.

Mindfulness is a term that we hear more and more, but for some of us it might not always be clear what it means. Mindfulness is being in the present moment without judging; being fully aware of what we are thinking and doing, by keeping our focus on just that. 

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT FOR INDIVIDUALS AS WELL AS ORGANISATIONS?

With work demands intensifying, as well as the challenging times we are in theses days, we tend to be in either the past or future, rushing through our day, trying our best to tick all the boxes on our task list and also dealing with eventually difficult set ups in our home offices. 

To avoid stress, and to increase our ability to keep focused, we have to find ways to take care of our wellbeing throughout the day. By working with companies to bring more mindfulness into the (home-)office, helping employees reduce stress, increase clarity and improve communication – positive business outcomes are achieved.

HOW DO WE IMPLEMENT THIS?

In a mindfulness session, participants will be guided through mindful movement, breathing techniques and meditation, which come together to form a comprehensive and powerful mindfulness formula. Participants will go back to their work more creative, confident and composed in a present state, ready for the challenges of the day.
