Let’s meditate together!
WHAT IS IT? You can call it meditation. You can call it diving into awareness. Which I believe would even be more accurate to what I’m offering. It’s simply about being more aware and dive in to the whole field of experience. Being aware of anything going on around us in this moment – what you can see, hear, smell, feel, touch. And being aware of what’s going on within. Sensations, emotions, thoughts… And then, we go into deeper levels.
My sessions are about increasing our awareness, notice and be with what is, without judging or changing anything. Without a goal, but giving ourselves permission. Permission to experience this moment, just as it is. Not getting rid of anything, not adding anything or reaching a certain state. Just be. Be here. Coming home to yourself, with all there is in that precious moment.
IS IT FOR YOU? A full body yes, if you seek to experience what truly is. We tend to push it away, running for the next task, the next tick on the to-do list, always asking, „what’s next?“. Before even recognizing what’s now. When it comes to any kind of guided meditation, it’s not just the content, but also the voice that speaks to us or it doesn’t. Not every voice is for everyone, hence I uploaded a few recordings below for you to give it a try. Enjoy!

ABOUT ME. I studied yoga and meditation in India, learned mindfulness practices from an organisation in New York, and since a few years I immersed myself deeply into the teachings and practices of the non-dual Shiva Tantra tradition. My practice and my teachings developed over the years and what I talk about in these recordings isn’t representing a certain tradition, but it’s my words of what resonates with me. And I hope it does for your too.
