This course is for you if you want to learn to meditate or if you do already, but wish to implement a regular practice. No matter where you are, it’s online!

There are many different approaches and there’s no one fits all. I strongly believe, that fully guided meditations are a beautiful way to become more mindful and to relax, but meditation can be so much more. This is why I offer a course based on the basic, no adds on, no „chi chi“ – we will just sit together. 

This way, we will be able to access our essence, which is just be. Be you, meaning not your body, not your mind, nor your ego, but your true self.

It needs some time, you can’t sit for 10 min and expect the voices to be quite and your body to calm, while you take your journey inside. Just give it a try and experience this awesome stillness inside!

So, this is what we will do:

  • the course is a start into your practice
  • it’s made of 5 days, Monday to Friday (online), 7:30 – 8:10am CET
  • Day 1: I will do a short intro (10min) and then we will sit together (30min)
  • Day 2-4: you will share your experiences or questions (10min) and we will sit together (30min)
  • Day 5: wrap up and you will/won’t commit to continue on your own (10min) and we will sit together (30min)
  • Optional: individual 1:1 calls for any questions or exchange
