TUNEin:YOGA

TUNEin:YOGA is a holistic program into health and wellbeing

No matter if body or mind, no matter where you are starting from, give your health and wellbeing first priority.

In today’s fast-paced world, we are addicted to have more, to run faster, to do everything quicker. We find ourselves in a permanent rush, we deliver and we are used to get everything as soon as possible, time is money. Often it’s a rigid fitness approach, that keeps the impression of good health. However this doesn’t work long term, as we are more than a body.

Be honest, how much attention are you giving your mental wellbeing? We have become so connected to our digital devices and to the outer world, that we’ve lost the most important connection: the one to ourselves.

It’s time to listen and look within instead of around. Time to feel calm and settled, peaceful and grounded. It’s time to establish a deep connection to yourself and learn to bring more mindfulness into your daily life. Nothing is important, but you. Nothing counts, but your health and wellbeing.

Let’s turn the volume down and tune in to a new world, your own. Let’s do it together:

TUNEin:YOGA

Practice yoga as the journey to yourself — the physical part of yoga isn’t just relating to the body, as a moving meditation it works on body, mind and soul. Join my classes and workshops or book a private class, which will be tailor made for you. Are you new to yoga? Then this is for you: START YOUR YOGA

TUNEin:REIKI

Leverage your self-healing capabilities — Reiki is a safe and gentle form of hands-on healing, addressing imbalances on all levels, body, mind and soul. Read here what Reiki can do for you and give it a try!

TUNEin:MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is being in the present moment without judging; being fully aware of what we are thinking and doing, by keeping our focus on just that. Mindfulness is part of all my sessions, however this section is about integrating Mindfulness into the office. Read here why it’s so important to care about our wellbeing and how to do it.
