Hesitation comes when there’s something we want to do, but doubt we can do it by just being ourselves.

Hesitation comes when there’s something we want to do, but doubt we can do it by just being ourselves.

Trust that being yourself is all you need! Love who you are! Life is tailor made for you, life happens FOR you. Take a break if you need one, but never stop. Keep on walking your path, trust your intuition. Put yourself into the driver seat, change what needs to be changed, it’s your life, your journey, your decision.

It’s exactly the same when it comes to your practice. Just feel it and do it. It might be slow here and there, that’s totally fine, just don’t stop. If you can’t practice, e.g. due to an injury or sickness, remind yourself what yoga is. No, it’s not just about performing asanas. Keep on going, keep on practicing, you are on the right path!

What if…

… you forget about yoga being a fitness regime?

… you tune in to connect with your pure being?

… you allow things to unfold and happen?

In your practice, aim to be like a child. Open, curious, pure and free. Thus, your heart leads you to your destiny, instead of your ego trying to stop you by whispering all the can’t do’s. In the yoga room, on your mat, you are safe and protected. Forget about all the layers and roles and start the journey leading to your beautiful pure self.

No one cares whether you can touch your toes or put your leg behind your head. True yoga is about how you shape your life, not how you perform postures. The moment your practice turns into a living practice of life, not a lifestyle, you become aware of the precious gift life is as such.

What if…. you show who you truly are? Start on the mat and bring it into all other parts of your life. There’s no such thing as separation. Yoga is oneness. No matter what.

Follow your calling yogi, take some minutes to pause. Bring your awareness to your forehead and release into the space behind. Go internal. Let your breath guide you and once arrived, take a seat sweet soul. Welcome to your happy place, enjoy the movie.

Have a look around, are you surprised? You’ve been here quite often, but did you ever really looked at the details? Do it now. Have you ever seen all the beautiful colors? Listen to your own sacred inner voice. It doesn’t speak up loud most of the time, sometimes it’s just a whisper, so ensure you’re still to hear it properly. Can you feel the free flowing energy? Like a soft warm wind on your skin…. Get as much as you want, it’s endless. You can easily inhale it, give it a try and observe your prana, your vigor, your life force charging!

Sweet soul, be open and receptive, everything you want is there, just take it, it’s all yours! Trust your inner movie, your vision, it’s your guidance, it’s your truth.

Release and smile yogi, you’re home. Be grateful for all your experiences and grateful for the next journey that is just unfolding in front of you.
